What is it with incompetent bosses? They seem to be everywhere these days. Apart from making the life of their charges miserable, they seem to be unable to do anything else. These people have forgotten one important thing, that the key to the success to any company is really the employees and not the clients. Clients are more likely to come and go than employees. Can't they just understand that fact and treat their employees better so that they will be willing o strive the company?? It really says a lot about a company that has a high employee turnover.
It makes things worse when these employers think they are some know it all fuckers. Well, if they know it all, than their company would not be some small puny little company that is virtually unheard of. Wait, maybe the company is innocent, if the employers were that good, than why do over 99.9% of the Singapore population not heard of them.
Maybe all suffering employees should just each sabo their company by screwing up one project each. Than watch their employers sell their butts just to compensate. To all fucked up employers out there, I quote from Bender, "bite my shiny [metal] ass", well, in this case, you better learn to kiss asses just in case you really need to sell your butts. That is assuming people would even pay a cent for it.
