Man Utd 2 - Boro 3. Sure sums up of how Wes Brown is suited for the S-League. Trying not to be harsh about him but at the rate he is playing, I'll not be surprised Man U goes back empty handed this season. He played 3 games and Man U has allowed 10 to go past them.

Realised today how much my written mandarin has become. I am even struggling with very simple words so guess that's what they meant be "Lose it if you don't use it". Seems very much that I'm losing it. Must really practice it more often now otherwise I'll probably totally lose it in a couple of years later.
Singaporeans are really a fascinating group of people. Where else in the world will you find people who write to the press because they feel that the air-conditioning in the MRT is too cold?? Well, weve got such people here in our little sunny island. Where else will you find parents whose 14 year old children are caught in with pornographic material in school and complain that their children were not given their breaks during their detention? Again it's here in Singapore! Where would you find a restaurant that ask the locals change table because there there is a bunch of drunk ang mos creating a fool of themselves? If the situation was reversed, it was locals who were the drunks and the ang mos the offended guests, would the restaurant had done the same and tolerated the drunks? Where else would you find people who want to so badly leave the country, leave the country and go to another country only to find that the people over there treat them like second class citizens. The whine over there or complain that they are faced by racists. Ok you may think, it's natural of people complaining of being racists but the problem is that the people who complained are those who treat foreign workers with much scorn in their own country. Where else do you find people who complain about the influx of foreign workers and leave the country to be foreign workers themselves in another country. When the locals over there complain about them snatching their jobs, those people will just complain that they are racists. Why can't Singaporeans look at themselves before they condemn or pass remarks about themselves? Why do they think that they are more sophisticated than the people across the causeway when they can't even pee into the urinal? No, I'm not saying all Singaporeans are like this but just those who are an embarassment to us Singaporeans.

A super busy week. So many deadlines etc to meet! Arghz.
The highlight was probably hosting at Open House. Yes, it was nerve wrecking and Pearly and I stumbled but guess at the end of the day we did enjoy ourselves. But got to thank this senior called Ashley. She really helped us a lot and not to mention Rosni too. He gave some of his so important advice. Well, what can you expect from a sound engineer with so much experience?
The greatest rush was probably for Media Research. Stayed up till 3am just to complete it. Had so little sleep and had to wake up just to hand it on time. Went to watch "Last Samurai with Melly. Not too bad a show but felt that it was a tad too similar to Gettysburg, especially in the final battle. The notion of fighting with swords etc against guns and running straight at it was just so deja vu.
Weekend was all burnt up, ok almost all burnt up rushing to finish Feature Outline. Thought I sent in quite a sucky piece but heck.
The Man U game was not too bad but felt the second half was quite a disgrace. Ferguson should just bench Wes Brown for life. Even before he was injured, I was never impressed by him. Felt that he was too prone to errors and can't read the game for nuts. He allows opponents go pass him quite often like nobody's business. But all boos must go to Marcelo Lippi. He lead Juve to not a loss to Roma, not a thrash but a total humiliation. He and all his stupid mistakes. Letting Davids go and playing clowns like Legrottaglie and Appiah. He BETTER produce something this season and Coppa Italia does not count at all!
