A weekend trying to do Web Design. Not that brilliant process but good enough for me. Haha. Got a financial planning quiz tomorrow but I can hardly remember the ratios! Man, I'm a goner. Had a lovely dinner last night. Not so much about the food but more about the fellowship. Relived those moments of bonding with so of my former youth group members and enjoyed it pretty much. Now I know why God is so forgiving, simply because it soon becomes easier to forgive than to bear a grudge. Had a constructive Studio Pro meeting today and think we covered quite a bit. O well, gonna continue doing Web Design before its too late.

Woke up to watch the match between Manchester United and Juventus. Despite my fav team being on the losing end of the 4-1 scoreline, I must say that Man U is really impressing me during this preseason. yes, I've said it before but the more matches you watch them play, the more you are in awe. I never thought I will ever say this but van Nistelrooy is probably and worthy to be the next van Basten. Never I thought I will say it because van Basten to me is the best striker ever to grace the football pitch in the past 20 years. In footballing history, he stands out to be one of the best too easily in the top 3, that's how fantastic he was. Ever since his retirement, many strikers had come and gone and no one has even come close with the exception of Batistuta, but now we are fortunate to see such a fantastic striker in van Nistelrooy. More will be expected of him before I can fully say that he stands in the same league as van Basten but at this point, he is really showing the potential. He is truely a great striker who has a perfect sense of where the goal is. How often do we see a player chest a ball with his back to the goal, turn and volley it into goal all in one action? Yes, that's what van Nistelrooy can do and even before the ball touches the ground. Amazing if you ask me. Tim Howard made a superb debut today, making crucial and point blank saves. If he can keep up this performance, Barthez can go scout for another club or maybe join the circus. Veron too made an impact today and judging by his performance today, Fergie must be mad to let him go. Giggs too prove that he can take excellent freekicks, freekicks that will put Beckham to shame. Juve played quite well too if you ask me, all this considering the passing of their chairman. Themay had been outplayed by Man U, but Man U had more rest and preparation time. More over they played their 2nd team for more than half the time. When majority of their 2st team took to the field, they were transformed and showed the world what they are capable of. True, del Piero hesitated and should have scored the 2nd goal but I think that miss chance had probably taught him a lesson and he will be better in the coming season. Judging by his performance together with some other players like Maresca, Davids, Nedved etc, Juve will be a force to be reckoned with again. Champions League success seems like a reality. It will be more of a reality if Nedved can keep himself free from suspension and injury. When he is on form, he puts Beckham, Figo and Zidane combined to shame. His workrate and commitment has been nothing sort of 200. I've never seen such a dedicated player week in week out.

Thought that if I went to AH earlier, I could see the doc earlier but how wrong was I. Waited like over 2 freaking hours there. When back to school just in time to see the ending of CTV's host search. Keng did not win but guess in many of our hearts he's the sure winner. He together with Yah Yah, JY and Melly were very sweet (as usual) today cos hey wanted to go out for lunch but they all accompanied me to SIM for lunch cos I had News Writing at 3. Thanks again guys, you all were very sweet. Yah Yah, prata next week? News Writing was quite ok, went for T10's lesson and realised that their news lead test was qite different from ours except for the Spaniard story. Went home and shortly went to Lau Pa Sat for dinner with my family cos had to pick my sis up. Found out that the Malay stingray stall had damn power sambal. Don't know where exactly is the stall but next time sure order from them sia.

Was quite stressed and vex when I came home and don't know why decided to suddenly listen to my Praise and Worship mp3s. Maybe its because of what Sher once said about listening to p&w feeling a sense of calm. But that was what I felt the moment I plaed those p&w tracks. Guess He was just there for me, as usual. Really grateful that my Godma signed me up for the bible study class, she really's God's angel sent down to guide and watch over me.

1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death, [1]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.

The end of the week is approaching! Yea yea! Took 74 to school today and nearly came late because the fucking service was so pack that 3-4 buses just whizzed past or did not stop. Sheesh. Prob gonna take 165 instead, longer route but if no jam is actually faster. Taped the match between Milan and Barcelona. Ronaldinho scored his first goal but got to say that the goal was a damn fluke. Deflected off Redondo and the deflection caused Abbiati to misjudge the flight. But guess a goal is a goal. Been getting very disgusted by Real Madrid by the days especially with them trying to 'suck' Asians of their money by doing their "where's Real" act while Manchester United on the otherhand is winning my respect. Instead of merely 'sucking' money, they had also taken time off their US tour to raise money for UNICEF. More than $1.6 million to be precise and that is what makes a true soccer team. Respect for fans is one thing and repaying society is another and if the team has both than you got a truely responsible team. Based on this preseason period, seems like only one of the team had done it and its the most loved and hated team in the world.

The start of another mad rush week. So much things to print. Priniting about 30 pages of PR notes now and still counting. Think gonna spend quite a bit on toner and paper this sem, haha. Congrats to my dear sista Yah Yah for getting the award for Medisoc. Congrats too to Alvin Pang, Gary and Hui Fang for doing so well too. TV tomorrow and don't know what to expect. Got the ideas for the interview etc all out but now got to see if JT will approve of it or just chuck it out of the window. Really don't know what's the hooha about the RJC incident and how so childishly some people reacted. Was actually very surprised to see so many letters writing against the RJC alumini. People in the 'outside' actually doubting the words of 'inside' people. Its like some other people in other course of studies telling us that we are being taught wrongly or a cab driver telling the pilot how to fly his plane. O please, just grow up and accept the fact that these people know the teacher better than you! So just keep your fucking lame comments to yourself so as to not make a mockery out of your mere intangible and pathetic existence!

Met Janice at SIM and was quite surprised to see her there. Not sure why too considering I know that she's studying in SIM but still was surprised. Haha. She was asking still got play mahjong anot. Haha. Guess quite miss playing mahjong. Ok, I'm only a rookie in it but yea, do see the reason why people are so addicted to it. As with all things, its better to do anything in moderation.
